Why Hire Behaviors

Why Employee Behaviors Matter

We all have behavioral strengths and weaknesses. When an employee is put into a position that they do not have the right behaviors and attitudes for you are setting this person up for failure that will result in termination or resignation.

Either way, you waste precious time, resources, financial costs, and face personal, team, and business productivity losses.

And as important as training, skills, experience, and abilities are, research shows that it’s employee behaviors that will make or break your business! Research shows that 77% of all employee turnover is preventable.

How much more successful would your business be if all employees had the “right fit” behaviors and attitudes as your best performers?

Would your business sell more, provide better customer service, attract and retain more repeat customers, and grow and be more profitable? Of course! Your business would be more successful in every conceivable way.

Most interviews focus on an applicant having the right skills and experience for the job. But does that matter
as much if the employee isn’t open to improving, alienates co-workers, lacks drive, or simply doesn’t possess
the right attitudes and behaviors for the job?
