Work Culture assessments are simple, yet effective tools that compare the specific job requirements to an applicant’s preferences and creates a Job Fit “Gap Analysis”, which identifies the “best fit” person and generates a report. The Work Culture assessments are used to identify employees who are the best fit for a specific job type by using 50 opposing statements created from the following categories;

The business first sets up their requirements from the 50 opposing statements and prioritizes their answers and saves them. The resulting report can be used as a hiring consideration or for a training plan for existing employees.
